Return / Replacement Policy
Return:
'Return' is the process of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the Mathahomoeo website.
Replacement:
'Replacement' refers to the action or process of substituting something for another item. A Buyer can request a replacement if they are not satisfied with the purchased item due to reasons such as damage during shipping, defects, missing items, or wrong item shipped, among others.
Buyer is required to provide a 'Reason for Return/Replacement.' Some common reasons include:
- Item was defective.
- Item was damaged during shipping.
- Products were missing.
- Wrong item was shipped by the Seller.
- Item delivered had a size mismatch issue.
- Item was expired.
- In most cases, returning an item may result in a refund of the purchase price.
The Seller will be notified of the return/replacement request and can either approve or reject it.
Points to Note:
The Seller can choose to accept the return/replacement regardless of the policy. If the Seller disagrees with a return/replacement request, the Buyer can file a dispute. Buyers are encouraged to review product listings carefully before making a purchase decision. If a Buyer orders the wrong item, they are not entitled to a return or refund. Buyers must initiate the return/replacement request within the specified period for the respective product. They should provide photographs of the parcel box and other relevant proof as requested by Mathahomoeo. After the Buyer contacts Mathahomoeo, the Seller will process the return/replacement only upon receiving the returned product, and a refund will be completed within 30 days from the date of the reverse pick-up. If the Seller doesn't have the product in stock, they can provide a refund, which the Buyer is obligated to accept. All product parameters must be met in cases of replacement. All shipping and replacement charges are the responsibility of the Seller.
Return Acceptance Conditions:
Buyers can conveniently place their return request online by raising an issue in their Mathahomoeo account or by emailing customercare@Mathahomoeo.com.
For wrong product/size exchanges, requests can be made within 7 days of order delivery, along with photographs or other relevant proof. If an item is missing from the package, the return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery, along with photographs. In the case of damaged packaging, customers should not accept the delivery. If they discover damage or defects after opening the package, the return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery, along with photographs. For products near or past their expiry date (less than 6 months), return requests can be made within 7 days of order delivery, along with photographs clearly showing the expiry date.
Important Points to Remember:
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, invoices, original packaging, freebies, and accessories. Mathahomoeo is not liable to redeliver products that do not meet these conditions. If a customer orders multiple products and only one is damaged in transit, Mathahomoeo will replace the damaged product, not the entire order. If the product is unavailable, a refund for the damaged product will be issued. Refunds include the entire amount paid, including shipping charges. Once a return request is approved, a pickup will be initiated. After verification, replacement or refund is processed. In cases where reverse pickup is not possible, customers can ship the product through another courier. Mathahomoeo will reimburse courier charges (up to Rs. 50). Replacement is subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Return/Replacement Non-Acceptance Conditions:
Certain scenarios make it difficult to support returns/replacements, including:
- Return requests made outside the specified time frame.
- Wrong orders or partially consumed products.
- Liquid leakage up to 25% of the total product quantity due to evaporation or courier handling (leakages above 25% are covered).
- Missing items, including price tags, labels, invoice, original product packing, parcel box, freebies, and accessories.
- Defective/damaged products covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Damage due to misuse or incidental damage by the customer.
- Categories like elastic supports, stockings, bandages, and tapes once used.
- Categories like books and consumable items with broken seals.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

Mathahomoeo Replacement Guarantee:
If you receive a Wrong/Defective product, you can return it for a replacement within 7 days of delivery. For Damaged/Leaked/Missing Products, the return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery. After we receive the product, we verify your claim and initiate Replacement or Refund.
Return Process:

- Mathahomoeo's customer care team will verify your claim within 72 business hours.
- If the claim is genuine and reasonable, Mathahomoeo will initiate the collection of the product to be returned.
- You will need to pack the product in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Refunds will be completed within 30 days from the date of reverse pick-up if required.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel orders directly through their Mathahomoeo account until the product is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.If a customer no longer needs the product after shipping, they can refuse to accept it from the courier partner, and a refund will be initiated upon its return to us.
